Dr. J is a native of the Washington, D.C. area with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. Growing up, she was an athlete who played a variety of sports. Her passion for an active and healthy lifestyle led her to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Fitness & Exercise Science in 2000. She then earned a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, graduating with honors in 2005, and went on to receive a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009. Dr. J is committed to her patients' health and wellness during their physical therapy program and beyond. Being equally vested in each patient's progress, she listens and designs a plan of care that centers around their goals and expectations. When she is not in the clinic, Dr. J enjoys spending time with her family and friends and learning new ways to live life to the fullest.We started with one goal and one dream... The goal...NOT to be a cookie cutter PT practice!! The dream...create a great client & patient experience every time so you can live your best life!!

Our mission at Peacock Physical Therapy Services, LLC is to create a great patient experience by assisting and educating our clients on how to live an active and healthy lifestyle free from medical interventions (surgery, injections, pain medications, etc.) and physical limitations through caring, skillful, personalized, and exemplary physical therapy and wellness services allowing our clients to live stress-free and enjoy what's important in their lives. Our services include: pain and obesity management; sports medicine, pre/post surgical, orthopedic and neuromuscular rehab; annual physical therapy check up, therapeutic massage, post rehab bootcamp, customize training programs, work wellness, and health & wellness promotion.
