Dr. J is a native of the Washington, D.C. area with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. Growing up, she was an athlete who played a variety of sports. Her passion for an active and healthy lifestyle led her to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Fitness & Exercise Science in 2000. She then earned a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, graduating with honors in 2005, and went on to receive a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009. Dr. J is committed to her patients' health and wellness during their physical therapy program and beyond. Being equally vested in each patient's progress, she listens and designs a plan of care that centers around their goals and expectations. When she is not in the clinic, Dr. J enjoys spending time with her family and friends and learning new ways to live life to the fullest.We started with one goal and one dream... The goal...NOT to be a cookie cutter PT practice!! The dream...create a great client & patient experience every time so you can live your best life!!
