My elderly mother made an appointment but is unable to do anything online (aka a portal etc) so was requesting to do the paperwork in person. After some “discussion” the person scheduling her agreed. However, as they were getting off the phone, the scheduler started talking to coworkers before disconnecting from the call. Very hurtful things were said making fun of my mom, as well as in general elderly people and how they don’t like elderly patients. After my mom told me, I cancelled the appointment and informed them of why. But it should be noted for all prospective clients/patients that they don’t like elderly patients and/or doing things outside of their technology. Be human. Geesh.

Dr I got me in right away and she is courteous and smart and knowledgeable and very sweet. Her receptionist and, is equally kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Very reasonably priced.
