Dr. David Croxford

Where do I start? I've been a patient of Dr Croxford‘s since 2021! It‘s been quite the adventure with the instability of my cervical spine. My lower back is in recovery, and hoping that one day my cervical will catch up to my lumbar spine. The office has been able to work me into the schedule when I’ve needed it. He has been a true life saver!

Health First Chiropractic does an amazing job for their clients. I have been seeing Dr Croxford for a couple years and have noticed a much better quality of life. I used to have bad back issues, every few months my back would lock up. I would go other chiropractors, get adjusted and felt better. The problem was back issues would keep coming back. In Steps Health First Chiropractic... I can say that I have had little to no back issues since I started seeing Dr Croxford. His Upper Cervical approach to chiropractic is the difference, very subtle but trust me it works. I see Health First Chiropractic on a regular basis, receive some mild Upper Cervical adjustments and movement of my spine and off I go. Maintenance rather than repair is the key. Dr Croxford rocks! My previous chiropractor who I’d seen for over 10 years moved away a few years ago and I couldn’t find another who was anywhere near as good. I wanted one who focuses on the atlas and was more precise and gentle with adjustments. My migraine headaches started becoming more frequent and I was referred to him by a friend. The very first adjustment was like magic. I didn’t have a single headache for two solid weeks after the first adjustment and I’ve had no migraines at all. It’s been a month now. He is so friendly and knows his stuff! Highly recommend!
