Dr. David Croxford

One day I woke up with an odd pain in my back and decided to get some help. I found Dr. Croxford and scheduled my first appointment, skeptical of chiropractors since receiving mediocre results from other chiropractors in the past. Not only has the pain in my back I initially went in for been steadily improving since seeing Dr. Croxford, but even since the first visit I felt relief in my neck and back in places where over the years I had felt, lived with, and gotten used to my back feeling off or misaligned. Dr. Croxford has definitely quashed my skepticism! In addition, Julia who runs the front desk is friendly and makes administrative things a breeze!

Where do I start? I've been a patient of Dr Croxford‘s since 2021! It‘s been quite the adventure with the instability of my cervical spine. My lower back is in recovery, and hoping that one day my cervical will catch up to my lumbar spine. The office has been able to work me into the schedule when I’ve needed it. He has been a true life saver!

Health First Chiropractic does an amazing job for their clients. I have been seeing Dr Croxford for a couple years and have noticed a much better quality of life. I used to have bad back issues, every few months my back would lock up. I would go other chiropractors, get adjusted and felt better. The problem was back issues would keep coming back. In Steps Health First Chiropractic... I can say that I have had little to no back issues since I started seeing Dr Croxford. His Upper Cervical approach to chiropractic is the difference, very subtle but trust me it works. I see Health First Chiropractic on a regular basis, receive some mild Upper Cervical adjustments and movement of my spine and off I go. Maintenance rather than repair is the key.
