THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Nothing compares!!!!!!! A+++!! I could write a long book about how Family First Chrirpractic has helped me and my family! I have been seeing them for years and they have become my family's primary care doctor. They help me with EVERYTHING! My newborn baby wouldn't latch to nurse and was losing too much weight, but immediately after her first adjustment, she turned her head and began to nurse. No formula necessary! My toddler simply refused to sleep, but began sleeping through the night after his first adjustment. No medication necessary! Kids with earaches? No antibiotics or medication necessary! They just gave a little adjustment to my kids' ears and they were cured! I was supposed to have knee surgery for an old running injury, but was healed after a few weeks of treatment and have been knee pain-free for years! No pain meds necessary! From a specific pain to a cough, literally anything, these people can cure it! Not to mention, they are so unbelievably kind and knowledgable--just salt of the earth people. Obviously I am the Family First Chiropractic fan club president over here. I can't gush enough. These people are your people!!

I have been to multiple chiro offices but none that were the quality of Family First. Lindsay, the receptionist is the sweetest thing ever. She always makes everyone feel so welcome. I originally came in for pain in my hip that was excruciating especially if I was in bed trying to move from one side to the other. Dr Payton has helped me with that & so much more. He has me feeling like whole new person. I finally convinced my husband to go to him too so he can get all fixed up as well. We are moving out of state soon & I am so sad to lose Family First as our chiro but will definitely stop by for adjustments every time we are back in San Diego visiting!

These guys are more than chiropractors. They first do an in depth analysis of your spine and come back with some amazing information - we saw issues with my back that I didn't even realize were there. They then came up with a comprehensive plan to turn these issues around - they are helping with my migraines, incessant shoulder tension, lower back disc stuff and digestion issues. Who would have known how many of these things are connected. Amazing.
