I’ve been to several Waukesha County, Wisconsin Chiropractors in the last 15 years. Dr Seth Barr of Complete Health Chiropractic in Hartland, Wisconsin was my first one here in Wisconsin and is, again, my current chiropractor. I’ve had two back surgeries, my last and final one was 17 years ago. Dr Barr very successfully adjusted my spine, hips, and shoulders multiple times over the last few years, this last personal episode needed weekly adjustment. So after checking, Dr Barr realized that my core muscles were now weak, causing my skeletal system to easily misalign over and over. So he gave me specific exercises to help with core strengthening. I decided to try yoga instead, which was a mistake until my core was stronger and more flexible. So I turned to a personal trainer for more guidance. She set up a personal program for safely stretching out specifically needed areas and core strengthening. Between my personal trainer at Bee Well Studio in Mukwonago, Wisconsin and Dr Barr’s expert help, I now only need a chiropractic adjustment on occasion, such as when I keep picking up my wiggling toddler grandchildren incorrectly.
