Dr. Bates was amazing! I have a serious back issue that made it almost impossible to stand or walk and level 10 pain 24/7. I was a late "walk-in" on a Friday and he squeezed me in and was able to diagnos the problem and spent alot of time explaining what was happening and had a treatment plan ready by Monday morning. Staff was excellent and accommodating to my situation. I am more than pleased with Bates Family Chiropractic and highly recommend for anyone with Chiropractic needs.

After going to several physicians and taking X-rays and tests as a result of a serious nerve injury, all without any remedy, my daughter recommended me going to Dr. Bates. He immediately identified my dire and very painful situation and took time to explain exactly what was needed. Thanks to his expert knowledge and care, I am now on the road to recovery without having to take compromising pain medicine procedures or surgery. Dr. Bates' sweet-hearted staff, Rachel and Brianne, have been very welcoming, friendly and willing to help with any questions or matters I may have.
