Dr. Bates is excellent at what he does. He’s straightforward, knowledgeable, and takes the time to really understand what’s going on before jumping into treatment. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he explains things in a way that actually makes sense. After a few visits, I’ve noticed a real difference—not just less pain, but better movement overall. He’s not pushy about coming in constantly, which I appreciate, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s down-to-earth and knows what they’re doing.
