I see Tiff for 50 minute stretches and the time flies. The sessions are incredibly helpful, and I’m always getting recommendations for specific stretches to do on my own based on what’s happening in my body that day. Tiff is also a great conversationalist and down to earth, which is a bonus.

He's gone above and beyond by providing helpful videos that has made me feel more confident. Thanks to him I know I am ready for the LBC marathon.
