Dr Conde helped my wife with a Neck issue in 2021 and had amazing relief! I have struggled with back pain for years and my wife has been having Neck pain again so today we are both started receiving treatment from Dr Harris as well as the staff and look forward to feeling better soon! We really appreciate the care and professionalism of everyone in the office!

Came in for the Facebook $39 eval. I completed the paperwork they asked for my insurance card.. I provided it. I saw Dr. Baker. My experience was unprofessional. I went there to hear about the spine decompression that was recommended by a chiropractor who released me as he didn't have that service. We talked about my problem he said he could treat it. However, none of the services were covered by insurance. I said I can not pay privately for any care. I did not want to get care credit for the $1,600 services. He took me to X-ray he said it's covered in the eval price. He said he can work with me financially. He said I could do one services today. I declined and said I can not afford to pay privately. He wouldn't take no for an answer. He belittled other health care providers. He gaslit me. He ignored everything I said over and over again. He only cared about selling me their services in any way possible. After my last, no. He said "what did you even come here for" and laughed. I had enough and walked out the room. I paid $39 to get ignored, disrespected and harassed.

Dr. Conde’s is one of the most unprofessional and insincere chiropractic Physician I have ever been to. I have been diagnosed with FND (Functional Neurological Disorder). The hospital recommended physical therapy and acupuncture, stating that there were no other medications available. I initially sought help because I was having difficulty walking and maintaining balance. After my first visit with Dr. Conde, I experienced about 80% improvement, although results can vary from patient to patient. I diligently attended two-hour treatment sessions, and Dr. Conde advised me to receive a total of 12 treatments. However, I was informed that my insurance would not cover these sessions, and I would have to pay $4,500 in cash to receive the treatment. I was paying over $1,000 a month for health insurance, but they claimed my treatment was not covered. Desperate to regain my health, I paid the $4,500 and completed the 12 treatments, but unfortunately, I saw no improvement. When Dr. Conde noticed my lack of progress, he offered me four free additional treatments. However, when I spoke to the office manager about this, the message changed. They said I would need to pay for 12 more sessions to receive the four additional treatments for free. At that point, I was expected to pay even more, and Dr. Conde mentioned that he wasn’t a miracle worker. I received a Super Bill, which I submitted to my insurance for a claim. I called the insurance company to inquire about the claim, and they confirmed they were processing it, but they didn’t understand why it wasn’t eligible for coverage. I am still waiting to find out if they received the bill or not. "Member/Patient submitted own claim to Carefirst that hasn't been finalized for reimbursement. Michelle advised paid $4,500 out of pocket. Carefirst also paid on all claims submitted by provider. Therefore, provider Conde was paid by insurance as well as member. I have had an amazing experience at this office so far. From the initial visit and scheduling to treatment, every step of the process has been equally professional and friendly. Everyone on the team is extremely kind, helpful, and understanding, and genuinely wants you to get better. Out of many I have seen for consistent neck and back issues due to injury, Dr. Baker is the best Dr. I have seen. He has expert knowledge and advice on what is going on with your body and why, and how to correct it long-term. If certain things are bothering you when you come in, he performs adjusting and stretching that are specific to issues that you are having, and offers advice on anything you are having trouble with/ advice on how to strengthen and improve your situation outside of the office with exercises/stretching and other therapy methods. The team of chiropractor assistants before you visit the doctor are all amazing as well. For all different therapies they preform, they are always professional, efficient, understanding, and will do everything they can to make your experience the most comfortable it can be. They note/remember things about each patient when setting them up for different therapies to know how to help best. Through my treatment (which I am still underway), I have already noticed improvement/relief in my condition. Although I still experience certain issues, you have to go into this knowing that corrective therapy is a process - years of damage can’t be fixed immediately. It does get better after every visit. I am hopeful to finally have years of issues and discomfort behind me.

It’s so easy to write this sincere and heartfelt review for Dr. Baker and the entire team at the Conde Center! It’s been an amazingly healing and educational experience from the start. Dr,.Baker takes his time to listen to his patients while educating you. He’s an all around good hearted and skilled doctor. From the girls at the desk, the folks in the back and everyone in between… the kindness, patients and stellar service is appreciated and felt every visit. The Conde Center is a well oiled machine with exemplary systems, organization, communication and service! Thank you to Dr. Baker and the team that always keeps a smile on their face and their patients at the heart of what they do even on the days where they may just need a break. You guys are amazing!
