- Create your account — Sign up and verify your professional email.
- Complete your profile — Add credentials, specialties, bio, photos, and office locations.
- Set your schedule — Configure office hours, appointment types, and duration settings.
- Add insurance plans — List the insurance networks you participate in.
- Configure online booking — Enable or disable patient self-scheduling.
- Set up payment processing — Connect your Stripe account for online payments.
- Review legal documents — Sign the provider agreement and review platform policies.
- Invite your staff — Add office staff with appropriate role-based access.
- Go live — Activate your listing in the directory.
Optional: DigitalPatientChart EHR
Every Medximity provider account includes access to DigitalPatientChart, our integrated electronic health records system. Basic (Lite) EHR features are available immediately. Premium features require a subscription upgrade. See EHR Overview for details.
