This is my first chiropractic experience. I incurred a few physical challenges and breakdowns in my past career as a result of pushing my physical limits for 22 years. I have had recurring back/disc, shoulder, neck, and muscle issues/pain since 2008. I had tried massage and physical therapy since the issues first began. I would get minor and temporary relief from these treatments, but never felt lasting effects for more than a few days/few weeks. I had received steroid injections and oral medication therapy to bring down the swelling in my disks (L3 thru S1), but again, only temporary relief came with it. In April 2025, I had another disk bulge and slip, causing the most intense pain, limited my mobility, and gave me loss of feeling in the lower half of my left leg. I was finally persuaded to try chiropractic care/therapy. That's when I found Dr Salisbury's office. Included in his line of chiropractic care/therapies was a machine called Soft-Wave (first Pic). I had never heard of this therapy before Dr Salisbury introduced it to me. He was able to reference several videos on the therapy for me and there are many more available on YouTube. I decided that it would be worth including that in my treatment plan. There was also a laser therapy (FX-Laser) I had not heard of either. The FX therapy (Erchonia FX 635 and FX 405, second pic). I did my research on this laser and found that it enacted cellular stimulation and regrowth for repair, so I elected for that therapy as well. Not only has the laser contributed to my back and upper neck relief, but I have also experienced reduced pain and stiffness left over from a right bicept tendon repair from over 7 years ago. For the soft wave, it has been shown to stimulate growth of stem cells and repairs damaged tissues throughout the part of the body receiving treatment. After the second treatment of soft wave (SW), there was relief of pain and stiffness in my lower back and relief of shooting pain down the sides of my leg, and the radiculopathy of my sciatic nerve stopped as well. This relief happened only after the SW and FX laser treatments, not through physical therapy or injections. After my 5th SW treatment, not only was the lower back pain gone, but now I am regaining the feeling back in my lower left leg. At the point of my 5th treatment, I had finally gone into Phys therapy 3 times, 2 traction sessions, and a trigger-point injection session, but these had little effect on my recovery thus far and doubt the contribution they have made overall, but I'm still doing them just in case. Dr Salisbury and his team have therapies that really work and work much faster than any treatment (Phys therapy, massage, etc) I had undergone during the 13 years of having constant back, shoulder, neck, and nerve issues. The shoulder recovery/pain relief was a complete bonus, since all we were focused on was my c-spine and lower back. The c-spine adjustments from Dr Salisbury also helped free up the tension in my shoulder and my middle-back muscles are no longer in a state of constant constriction. So the traditional chiro work is still very beneficial. Research these treatments, they have worked for me and you will benefit as well!

Dr. Salisbury is one of the smartest doctors I know. He has helped me several times. He is the best at the cranial facial technique. I recommend him to anyone that has breathing or snoring issues. He will take his time and make sure you are 100% good before doing a treatment. Thanks doc!
