Accessing Your Health Records

Where to Find Your Records

All your medical records from connected Medximity providers are accessible from your dashboard under Records. Records are organized by:

  • Provider — Grouped by each healthcare practice you've visited.
  • Date — Sorted chronologically with the most recent records first.
  • Type — Filter by clinical notes, lab results, imaging, prescriptions, or treatment plans.

Record Types Available

  • Visit summaries — SOAP notes and encounter summaries from each appointment.
  • Lab results — Blood work, urinalysis, and other laboratory tests.
  • Imaging — X-ray, MRI, and CT reports (images available where supported).
  • Treatment plans — Ongoing care plans with goals and milestones.
  • Prescriptions — Current and past medication orders.

Record Availability

Records become available in your portal after your provider finalizes them, typically within 24–72 hours of your visit. Lab and imaging results may take longer depending on the testing facility.
