Setting Up Payment Processing

Payment Processing Through Stripe

Medximity uses Stripe for secure payment processing. To set up payments:

  1. Go to Settings > Payments in your provider dashboard.
  2. Click Connect Stripe Account.
  3. Complete the Stripe onboarding process (business information, bank account for deposits, identity verification).
  4. Once verified, you can accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and ACH transfers.

Deposits

Payments are deposited to your linked bank account on a rolling basis, typically within 2 business days. View your payout schedule and history from the Payments dashboard.

Processing Fees

Standard credit card processing fees apply. These are charged by Stripe, not Medximity. Current rates are displayed during Stripe setup and in your payment settings.

PCI Compliance

Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Medximity never processes or stores card numbers directly. All payment data flows through Stripe's secure infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
