Richard C

Dr. Richard S. Cheung comes from a very extensive background in sports medicine. He is a chiropractor (D.C.) and an athletic trainer (ATC). Richard is a graduate of San Diego State University and the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He maintains a full time private practice in Pasadena and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Cheung also has served as the Director of Sports Medicine Residency at SCU. Richard has been a team doctor and athletic trainer for many athletic teams. Dr. Cheung is also a faculty member of Kinesio Taping Association. Dr. Cheung brings a very different perspective in the world of sports medicine with his clinical skill set and number of years of experience as a practitioner and an academician. Richard has been teaching post graduate seminars in the field sports medicine, chiropractic and practice management. His presentations are sought out locally, nationally and internationally.Dr. Cheung has been in private practice sine 1998. He also lives in the city of Pasadena. Dr. Cheung has established himself as one of the top chiropractors in the San Gabriel Valley. Patients and athletes drive an hour to see him. He has a no nonsense approach to care. Richard also has served as a team doctor for local high school teams. Dr, Cheung is also a very popular seminar teacher and speaker. He has traveled around the world and within the United States in presenting varies topics.

Richard is also part of the Pasadena community as he is the board chair of Friends in Deed a non profit that serves the poor and homeless.
