Out of that Philosophy, Refresh Pilates and Wellness Center, an expansion of Orthopedic Physical Therapy Services and Homer Chiropractic Clinic, was birthed, creating a unique health and wellness center owned and operated by Doctors of Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Physicians.

Our mission is to provide a safe, effective, and holistic environment for healthcare and fitness, lead each individual to optimal health and wellness, and guide our patients towards a life with less pain, more energy, and an overall sense of wellbeing.
