Dr. Pete Brettingen was born and raised in Waconia, MN. He completed his undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire where he had the opportunity to work for one of the largest chiropractic offices in Wisconsin, Cook Chiropractic.

After his time at UW- Eau Claire, Dr. Pete had the opportunity to attend one of the most prestigious chiropractic colleges in the world and the epicenter of chiropractic, Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is 1 of only 35 doctors in Minnesota to attain a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life University.

Dr. Pete has attained his Advanced Proficiency Certification of the Torque Release Technique and is currently in the midst of obtaining his certification from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, something only around 20 other chiropractors in Minnesota have attained.

Away from the office you will find Dr. Pete spending time with friends and family, golfing, hunting and fishing.Lake Life Chiropractic's doors opened in September 2017 and began serving the community quickly and effectively. Today, Lake Life is one of the largest chiropractic clinics in the state- possibly the country- and is a family-centered, referral based office. Our chiropractors have advanced training in pediatric, perinatal and athlete care.
