Dr. Jeff grew up in Richmond Hts, Ohio, an East side suburb of Cleveland. At a very young age, he suffered a sports injury leaving him with severe migraine headaches. He visited medical doctor after medical doctor who could not bring relief. He knew from an early age that he wanted to find a way to help others that suffered like he did. Dr Jeff graduated from Ohio State University and relocated to North Carolina with a position in medical sales. In sales, he learned about chiropractic and experienced first hand it's benefits. With regular chiropractic care, he has been able to overcome his migraines. Because of the great results he experienced with chiropractic he enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic. It has been his life's ambition to prevent anyone from suffering unnecessarily like he did throughout his childhood. Now, with seventeen years of experience, Dr. Jeff really enjoys seeing the patients that he started treating in 1997, along with their children and grandkids.Dr. Jeff graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1997. He worked in Matthews for seven years before opening Zitel Family Chiropractic in 2004.
