He is professional, on time, and probably one of the top chiropractors I have had do adjustments on me, instantly knowing what spots to hit and providing almost instant relief. Thank you so much! I love this practice. I had a pretty serious back injury in 2020 and have been in chiropractic care since then. Because of some bad experiences in the past, along with offices that felt overly sales-forward and more focused on money than actual care, I’m extremely cautious about who I choose. Randy’s practice is truly top tier. He doesn’t push anything on you and genuinely cares about your overall health, not just your spine, but anything that might be bothering you that day. He takes his time, is friendly, kind, and very down to earth. I was honestly skeptical about the red light laser therapy at first, but it’s now part of my regular routine when I visit because of the results I’ve felt, especially in my lower back. What I really appreciated is that Randy never pushed it. He’s confident it will help, but always makes it clear to only try it if you’re comfortable. Lastly, Dexter at the front desk is great, kind, on top of everything, and always open to chatting while you wait. The whole place feels less like a doctor’s office and more like walking into an old friend’s home. I truly can’t recommend them enough.

I decided to try a chiropractor about a year after having back surgery that was supposed to “fix” a herniated disc. My recovery felt much slower than I hoped, and after being dismissed by other healthcare providers, trying multiple PT visits, additional neurosurgical consultations, and an epidural steroid injection, I finally decided to see a chiropractor. Since starting treatment with Dr. Randy, I’ve made enormous strides toward getting back to normal. I have two young boys, and I’ve regained the confidence to pick them up and play with them without constantly worrying about hurting my back. I even started playing golf again after more than a year and a half of being afraid it would make things worse. Dr. Randy does an excellent job of listening and clearly communicating what he’s doing and why, targeting the specific issues you’re dealing with. As someone who had never been to a chiropractor before, he made me feel completely comfortable with each adjustment so I always knew what to expect. He does not claim to be a "cure all" like some will, just that chiropractic adjustments can be one thing to be used in one's healthcare regimen. Unlike the gimmicky online chiros you see online, Dr. Randy only does the adjustments that are necessary-not the ones that will be loud so they can be clipped and put on social media. I have recommended Ybor City Chiropractic to coworkers and friends and I will continue to be a patient.
