I began practicing in Stamford in 1998. In the fall of 2015 I moved to my home town of Wilton in order to serve the community where I love to live.

I practice a unique blend of chiropractic and neuromuscular therapist that integrates therapeutic postures, motion and exercises with mindful breathing and meditation. Over the past two decades I have learned that this integrated approach provides results faster than traditional chiropractic. I do not prescribe set care plans of 3 visits per week for a month, then twice a week, etc. Most patients see significant results in less than 2 weeks and transition into maintenance care quickly.
