Kym is a fantastic specialist and a wonderful person! I was traveling from New York to Flagstaff with a ton of pain in my neck. I was looking for a chiropractor practicing ART and got in touch with Kym. Not only she made a late appointment for me to address my pain, she helped me a lot on my very first visit. I continued coming to Wilkens Sports Chiro while staying in Flagstaff/Sedona/Cottonwood over this summer, reducing my pain levels, relieving tightness and improving my motion range. I can now travel to Arizona worry-free, knowing that I can always get amazing chiropractic help here. Thank you!

For nearly two years during and after pregnancy, I struggled with hip pain that had been dismissed by physical therapists, chiropractors and massage therapists as simply tightness or worse, "mommyitis." Kym was the only practitioner who took the time to listen and ask detailed questions. During my first visit, she accurately diagnosed my issues as nerve entrapment, something no one else had even mentioned. By my third visit, I had virtually no pain in my hip, thanks to a combination of manual therapy and dry needling. Active release therapy seems like the best-kept secret in medicine, and Kym is a master practitioner (as well as a very warm and thoughtful person). I would encourage anyone struggling with muscle tightness or sports injuries to try ART over physical therapy, which can often be infinitely slower and less effective. I live in Phoenix and will plan trips to Flagstaff around seeing Kym!

Had my 1st appt with Dr. Kym this morning and wow she's awesome!! My hip flexor pain I've had since Oct is GONE after this first visit! I left her office able to walk again without any tightness in my hip flexor. This pain/tightness started after I began training for a 5K. I tried to do a lot of stretching, mobility, etc -- which helped, but never fixed it completely. Y'all don't know how beyond excited I am! So blessed to have found Dr. Kym and will definitely be back!

Kym is a true miracle worker. Twice, from two different injuries, I've gone into her office barely able to walk or stand upright, and in one session she got me moving again! The first time I had tried other Chiropractors, accupuncture, massage, all of it and nothing worked until I stumbled upon Kym. She is a supreme ART practitioner and truly cares about your well-being. She is very kind. You'll be so glad you made an appointment. I go to her now just because I just keep moving better and better. My body has been thoroughly abused in her 53 years, and Kym is getting me back to feeling 20 again!

I’m a 67 year old active male. I’ve been to Kym two times to deal with some back and neck issues that had bothered me for months. She didn’t do what I’d consider classic chiropractic but what she did was very effective. I’m now scheduling for a third appointment to deal with some more minor matters and I’m quite confident that her work will be effective.
