Greetings :) I was born in Key West, Florida and raised here in Gainesville. My massage journey began in 2012 when I graduated from the Florida School of Massage. Through working at two Chiropractor's offices, a spa, an elderly retirement community and independently. I have had the joy of working with a wide variety of clients. From youth to elderly, many with medical injuries and health conditions to others who simply need a nice relaxing reset to help calm their stress. I like meeting new people from all walks of life and helping them to feel better and improve their quality of life through body maintenance.I graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 2012. Afterwards I started interning at a local massage establishment and then soon after rented a massage office and began my journey of finding ways to help my clients. I enjoy learning new techniques to use to aid the body in it's healing process. I incorporate a variety of styles in each session which include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissues, Trigger Point work, to focus in on reducing knots. Stretching compression, Hydro Therapy - such as applying hot stones/heat packs or ice to stuborn/irritated muscles. I also enjoy offering essential oils that have natural remedies. For example Lavendar is popular and know for it's soothing, calm effect and eucalyptus and peppermint can improve your sinuses and breath easier. I am thankful to have had the pleasure to go to FSM for my LMT training. I learned many valuable massage techniques along with heightening my awareness of life in general. These last 5 years have been a true joy.
