I am a certified massage therapist with a focus on healing trauma from physical injuries and emotional stress. I ask clients to put awareness toward the sensations they experience during a session to allow clients to feel more ease in their bodies and life. My treatments are centered around finding the most efficient path to ease for where a client is at. Utilizing tools from a myriad of modalities including Swedish, myofascial, deep tissue, reiki, proprioceptive unwinding, lymph massage, neuromuscular techniques, and cranial sacral, I mix techniques based on what I see, sense, and feel in their body. There is a meditative quality to the work, unwinding tension and discomfort in client's bodies. My commitment to my clients is to provide the most amount of ease in their bodies as efficiently as their bodies are ready and allow.
