I first visited True Wellness after tweaking my back working out. The practice had good reviews, so I gave them a try. Dr. Heinz is great. He’s not the type of chiro that will prescribe unnecessary treatments to take your money. As an active person, I visit monthly for adjustments and maintenance. I feel great and have maintained and improved my range of motion. I would definitely recommend Dr. Heinz if you’ve looking for a chiropractor.

This is a beautiful, new office with state of the art equipment. I've been to Dr. Heinz four times. His initial consultation with me was very thorough. He listens and observes very well - a good communicator. I've had very limited experience with chiropractors so I can't do much comparison but his technique is gentle and effective. He doesn't rush me in and out of the office. I have already referred several friends to him.

Dr Heinz is awesome!
He helped eliminate my neck pain in only a couple visits!
He did not try to have me come back over and over for many treatments as many Chiropractors do.
His goal is to help solve the issue as quickly as he can.
I would highly recommend Dr Heinz to anyone and already have:)

Dr Heinz and his staff are very easy to talk to & work with, professional, and courteous. This was my first time going to a chiropractor and I feel I choose the best. I will not hesitate to continue to go to True Wellness Health Center for all my needs. I highly recommend them.

I came to True Wellness with a shoulder injury. I have seen chiropractors over many years. None compare to Dr Heinz. He spends 30 minutes during the visit, and the treatments are very effective and get results quickly. Unlike other chiropractors that want you to come for multiple visits ongoing, his goal is to treat and help you quickly. He prevented me from needing surgery and injections. I highly recommend True Wellness and Dr Ryan Heinz
