Hi! My name is Sophie. I am the owner of True Bleu Healing Arts. I have been practicing therapeutic massage since January 2012, after having graduated from Centura College in Richmond, VA with an associates degree in Massage Therapy. Additionally, I am a dedicated energy worker, as I have been a certified Reiki III practitioner for over four years. I continually expand my studies deeper into traditional Thai medicine, clinical massage and bodywork to offer the most well-rounded healing experience possible. Throughout my career, I have trained under Chiropractors and Physical Therapists to develop a unique system of hands-on muscle manipulations, exercises, and stretches that can address and solve any pain management needs.
