Terry Sedgewick is the owner and founder of Train-X, Married to Kelli and father of Tane, Joslin, and Abby. Train-X started in 1995 as a result of a passion for the fitness industry. Requests from several friends who trusted Terry's athletic and academic history to help them achieve fitness and athletic goals. Terry Studied at The University of British Columbia earning a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education. Terry is passionate about helping people achieve goals in a positive, creative environment. Fitness is not a dream it's a reality, and something that you need to do daily's; this is Terry's approach to his Faith and his family dynamic. Train-X is a reflection of this reality; "our goal at Train-X is to help as many people as we can."Since 1995, Train-X has offered sports-specific and well-being training by combining fitness and chiropractic care. A member-only health and wellness center that specializes in your body’s performance, we aim to restore freedom to all and remove physical roadblocks, allowing you to achieve your goals.
