Acerca de

​ Jake is a former two sport NCAA athlete (ice hockey, tennis) at Becker College where he received his Bachelors in Exercise Science. While in school he became a Certified Personal Trainer and during his senior year ran the Strength & Conditioning program for the College hockey team. He went on to continue his education at CNI college to earn his Massage Therapy License and American Career College where he received his Associates in Physical Therapist Assistant. Jake believes in incorporating advanced tissue work with strength and conditioning to take his patients and athletes from rehabilitation to return to sport. He has worked with numerous demographics of patients from nursing homes to olympic athletes, and professional MMA fighters. Jake has a strong passion for health/wellness, and fitness. His hobbies include: hockey, tennis, surfing, snowboarding, rock climbing, obstacle course races, circuit training, weight lifting, camping, hiking, skydiving, motorcycles, etcTotal Motion opened in 2016 and is located inside of Club Fitness Addiction in Huntington Beach
