Cat received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, Arizona. Prior to graduate school she attended California State University Dominguez Hills where she played collegiate soccer and majored in exercise physiology. Throughout graduate school Cat developed a passion for women's health and pursued a certification specializing in Women's Health and Pelvic Rehab from the Herman and Wallace Institute. Cat enjoys playing and watching all sports especially wake boarding, snowboarding, and wake surfing.

I starting going 2nd trimester to 9 months postpartum. Emily really helped me understand the pelvic floor muscles different then othe PF PT I've gone to. I appreciate the pelvic floor excercises they give because it is easy to do at home. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming. The only thing that is difficult was discharge. I was given the list of excercises to do but feel very overwhelmed trying to figure out how to incorporate what I learned into a weekly workout for the gym/home.

I can’t say enough good things about Therazona PT! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. My therapist, Devon, was incredible — she helped me understand my body in a way I never had before and gave me practical, impactful instruction even in our very first session.
Every person I interacted with was kind, patient, and personable, and the atmosphere is so open and loving. Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair, and the entire experience was empowering. My only regret is waiting so long after my hysterectomy — I would have regained comfort and control so much sooner if I had started PT earlier!

I came to Therazona after being referred by my doc to address some pain I was having after my hysterectomy, and for my pelvic floor. (I kept pulling muscles on my side.) I worked with Emily for 10 weeks and it made a world of a difference and I feel so much stronger! I'm so grateful that I came here and Emily gave me so many exercises that I continue to do at home now. Everyone I interacted with was so lovely, encouraging and kind! I highly recommend Therazona for anyone needing help with your pelvic floor!

Emily and the girls were so awesome. I started going in my second trimester for SPD pain and ‘graduated’ at 4 months postpartum. I had such horrible pain my entire first pregnancy and someone recommended pelvic floor therapy for my second pregnancy. The difference I felt this time around with incorporating PT was huge. I recommend pelvic floor therapy to anyone who is pregnant or postpartum. Everyone at Therazona is amazing and so kind.

I came here 6 months postpartum to help my pelvic floor issues. I saw so much progress and after 10 appointments felt completely back to normal. Devon is the best therapist who makes you feel seen, and so comfortable. Truly enjoyed every session. If you’re debating it, go! You won’t regret it.
