I went to see Dr. Stedman for one issue and walked out with a plan to align the whole body. He taught me if the spine isn't happy it throws off other body parts. Seriously, I no longer have headaches for no reason. My neck works, my hips are balanced, the constant discomfort or pain in my ribs has been significantly reduced. He helped me get orthotics and now no more shin splints, leg cramps, and tired dogs. Plus the staff is welcoming and friendly.

I have had problems with my back since my surgeries started in March of 2020 and they continued until my last back surgery in July 2024. I had been doing physical therapy, exercises and walking but I could never improve. I saw Dr. Stedman's add and felt I would give it a try. I followed his directions, put in the orthotics and exercised. It took 8 weeks and it was not easy but I am walking better, the body feels more balanced, my night sweats have declined markedly and I keep forgetting to take my pain pills. I am a happy customer.

About a month ago, I came into Dr. Stedmans clinic with optic nerve swelling diagnosed in both eyes. With determination to seek a natural remedy to reduce swelling and inflammation using upper cervical chiropractic care, I was eager to find a solution that didn’t require heavy medication or surgery. After xrays, Dr. Stedman determined my neck was out of alignment and created a treatment plan for us to begin right away. One month later, I received an MRI to diagnose my swelling. To my shock and extreme relief, I can say that ALL of my optic nerve swelling is now gone. I am crying tears of joy as I write this - I am HEALED. Absolutely amazing care in the best medial office I’ve ever been to! I came to Dr. Stedman after I was rear ended in an auto accident and had back and rib injuries. I almost didn’t, trying to “tough” it out and thinking it would get better. Dr. Stedman is simply incredible. He is such a highly skilled professional. I literally feel like a new person and there is noticeable improvement in my health, energy, mobility, and vast improvements in pain! Not only is his care and knowledge top level, but all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming!
