Called to make same dayappointment for my husband. Receptionist told me they had four open time slots. Went through the whole process to make appointment. Receptionist told doctor that I was a current patient and my husband was having pain. I clarified I wasn't a current patient (never said that). Then Receptionist put me on hold. Came back and asked my husband's name. She put me back on hold. Doctor jumped on and said there was no availability for the day. I asked why the Receptionist told me there were so many open time slots. He was rude and just said "yeah well they're already taken". Strange and rude behavior.

I recently visited Tampa Central Chiropractor and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Dr. Dale was highly professional, and I greatly appreciated that there was no push for additional fees or services. The initial official visit cost only $39, which is incredibly reasonable. I came to the clinic in significant pain due to bursitis, barely able to walk. Dr. Dale performed several adjustments, and I experienced remarkable relief. By the time I left, I was walking 80% better than when I first arrived. The improvement was immediate and substantial. I highly recommend Tampa Central Chiropractor to anyone in need of chiropractic care. The team is dedicated, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. Such a professional and truly therapeutic clinic. From the amazing receptionist Ciara upfront to the chiropractor, this office is one if not the best! The receptionist is very organized and knows what she’s doing, if I need a file she has it, I get reminders from her about my appointments and the therapy itself helps so much. The chiropractor answers all my questions, offers informational methods to control my pain and I see him every time I’m there for adjustments, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his field! I always leave feeling so much better. Both are a team duo and it has been a great and helpful experience, thank you.

It was my first visit. At the reception there is an excellent service, and after a long time of suffering from pain in my lower back, I had instant relief! the chiropractor is very professional he assured me that everything would be fine! I left the office feeling much better and much more flexible. I will definitely be back for a fitting next week! .
