Dr. Chevalier is founder and Clinic Director of T.E.A.M. CLINIC in Santa Clara,CA. Board-Certified by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, Dr. Chevalier has successfully completed the Team Physician programs of the ACSM, as well as the Strength and Conditioning Specialist program of the NSCA. For more than 18 years, he has served as event doctor and medical team coordinator at local and international triathlons including the Escape from Alcatraz,San Jose International, Californiaman and the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. He was chiropractic physician at the 1997 NHL and 2001 MLS All Stars games, as well as the team chiropractic physician for the 2001-2003 MLS Champions, San Jose Earthquakes, He is currently the chiropractic sports physician for all Division I Spartan teams at San Jose State University and is an affiliate Clinic Instructor for the SJSU Department of Kinesiology and the Clinical Externship programs at Palmer College of Chiropractic West.After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 1991, Dr. Chevalier started integrating forms of alternative therapy tailored to each patient. Combining his previous coaching and kinesiology experience to current treatment protocol, Dr. Chevalier built a referral based practice that peaked the curiosity of many athletes, coaches and event coordinators. In 1993, Dr. Chevalier was invited to China to the Olympic Training Center in Beijing as part of a delegation to study the integration of Eastern and Western medicines. This valuable experience became the final catalyst for the expansion of T.E.A.M. CLINIC which stands for Therapeutic Exercises & Alternative Medicines. In May of 1994, T.E.A.M. CLINIC moved and expanded to his current location.Today after three significant expansions and remodeling phases, our award winning 10,000 square feet, state-of-the-art-facility is one of the leading Privately Owned Sports Chiropractic Therapy Facilities in the country.
