Very friendly staff. My husband absolutely loved his massage with Ally. My massage with Ana was very good but I just wasn’t expecting how it was going to go. I never had a Thai massage before. It wasn’t totally explained to me what was going to happen. It all was lovely and she was very attentive and took feedback on pressure. Unfortunately, her room had a loud banging noise the whole session from the business next door, which was a drag. We would return but probably request a different room.

Having two therapists working in perfect harmony creates a level of relaxation that is hard to describe; your body fully surrenders because your mind can no longer anticipate the movements. It’s deeply grounding and incredibly effective. Rollie and Sunshine are outstanding massage therapists! They were deeply attentive and intuitive throughout the entire session. They are clearly extremely experienced. The pressure was expertly calibrated, communication was seamless, and every movement felt purposeful. They worked intuitively with my body, addressing tension while maintaining a beautiful, flowing rhythm together. I left feeling very relaxed, physically aligned, and completely renewed. This is not just a massage—it’s an experience. If you’re in Vail and looking for something truly special, the 4-hands massage at Sunshine Massage Studio is an absolute must. It’s not just “twice the massage”—it’s a completely different experience that leaves you feeling reset in a way a standard session rarely does. Just had another fantastic experience that ignited all my senses!Samantha at Sunshine Massage Studio never fails to get the blood flowing by stretching the rigid muscles in my body neck, shoulders, torso, legs and feet, due to my having Parkinson’s. I was totally relaxed for the entire 90 minute session having hot compresses applied over my eyes and hot rocks set on my chest while listening to calming music and the sound of flowing water! The therapy was very effective. I visit Sunshine whenever I come to Vail! You should too!
