Kevin Kostka and Dan Dotson started Summit Physical Therapy in 2007. The organization won the small business of the year through the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce in 2015, 2017 and 2018 and now has 7 clinics in the surrounding Chattanooga area and 1 clinic in the surrounding Knoxville area.We started in 2007 providing house calls to the Chattanooga community. Since then we have grown to 8 outpatient clinics
