Ken Burns, physical therapist and founder, earned his Kinesiology/Exercise Science Bachelors degree in 1990 and Physical Therapy degree in 1992 at California State University, Northridge. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Ken has completed numerous post-graduate orthopedic and sports medicine courses, including the year-long Kaltenborn/Evjenth manual therapy course in Folsom, CA and Osteopathic manual therapy at Michigan State University in Lansing, MI. His physical therapy philosophy has evolved with over 20 years of learning to be an eclectic approach to treatment and prevention of injuries.Welcome to Spectrum Orthopedic Sport Therapy for Physical Therapy in San Carlos. We are a physical therapist owned, community-based private practice, which provides physical therapy rehabilitation, education and prevention services. Customer care is delivered in a friendly and positive environment by our team. All individuals are treated on a one-on-one basis by a licensed physical therapist. Aides or assistants are not utilized in this physical therapy practice.
