Dr. Senkosal Uy earned his BS in Biology from the University of California. After working in the biotech industry, he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences. He completed his Chiropractic internship at the University of Southern California & Cal State Fullerton. He is board certified by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and is also a Golf Injury Specialist. His work in sports medicine includes time with Team USA Martial Arts, Southern California Outrigger Racing Association, various baseball leagues, Pop Warner Football, MMA, CrossFit, and more. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, paddling (racing outrigger canoes & dragon boat), football, eating, and everything else exciting and fun.Dr. Senko Uy has owned his own private practice since 2011. Originally located in the Inland Empire, he chose to relocate his office closer to home and helped establish Optimum Care Therapy in the Cerritos/Artesia area. Dr. Uy has a sports medicine background working with various high level and professional athletes, providing general family care, pregnancy chiropractic (pre and post delivery), pediatric, and more!
