Toby M. Dr. Moeller-Bertram joined Desert Pain Clinics from Coastal Pain & Spinal Diagnostics in the San Diego area. Prior to going into private practice, Dr. Moeller-Bertram worked at the University of San Diego, where he held an appointment as Associate Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology & Psychiatry. He is double-board certified in Anesthesiology & Pain Management. After finishing his medical school in Hamburg, Germany & defending his doctoral thesis about the effects of oxidative stress, he moved to the USA for his clinical training. He completed his anesthesia residency at UCSD and was given the honor to serve as chief resident. He received his education in multi-disciplinary pain management, including intensive training in all invasive aspects of alleviating pain, at UCSF, which ranks among the best pain departments in the world.Dr. Moeller-Bertram now brings all of his experience to the Desert Clinic group and is excited for the opportunity to serve patients in the CoachellaWith extensive experience in patient care, our accomplished team of physicians and providers are devoted to providing you the highest quality of medical care.
