Dr. Baylor Sieg: Chiropractor and Dr. Kathleen Kershisnik Sieg: Physical Therapist have been in practice since 2019. Realizing that personalized and honest care along with good communication is at the forefront for their vision, they opened Rooted in Rehabilitation in 2022. They offer an integrated approach to help patients meet their healthcare goals. Our doctors value great communication to ensure the best care and avoid you having to tell your story multiple times. If you feel you need additional care outside of our clinic, we will help communicate your care to referral networks and healthcare providers. Simply put Rooted In Rehabilitation is a team that will do whatever it takes to help you achieve the care you want and need.

Kathleen and Baylor truly mean the world to me. I’ve been seeing them for three years now, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without them. Living with chronic pain and hypermobility can be overwhelming—especially since I love to stay active and golf—but they’ve been such a constant source of support and healing. What makes them so special is that they genuinely listen. They don’t just treat the pain—they take the time to understand what’s going on and get to the root of it. They always explain everything they’re doing in a way that’s easy to understand, and I never feel rushed or dismissed. My body likes to keep things interesting and throw them a new challenge every visit, but they always show up with care, kindness, and expertise. I feel so lucky and grateful to be in their hands. They’re not just amazing doctors—they're truly good people who care deeply about their patients.

I’ve been seeing them for over 4 years. Kathleen and Baylor literally revolutionized how I view physical therapy and chiropractic treatment. Kathleen coached me through three hip surgeries, without her help I wouldn’t be back to the activities I love. Baylor is a pro chiropractor and taught me how to strengthen my body to prevent the need for frequent adjustments. They are knowledgeable, funny, uplifting, and truly a delight to work with. If you go see them, you are in good hands!

Such an amazing experience! Kathleen brought me back to full strength after an intensive hip surgery. She was so knowledgeable about the surgery and the best exercises to rehab. I got to spend 9 months with her and I enjoyed every moment. She always made me feel comfortable and encouraged me through the difficult times. It was also amazing because when I started having problems with my back during rehab, Baylor was able to quickly jump in and give me an adjustment at the same appointment! It is truly the best pair and I recommend them to everyone!!

Drs Kathleen and Baylor are amazing! Their integrative approach and thorough explanation as to why they are recommending certain treatments is comforting. They make sure you have a video of the exercise homework shortly after you leave the office. As a result you can be assured you are doing your exercises correctly. They healed my painful frozen shoulder a few years ago and I continue to see them regularly for maintenance! I recommend them to anyone in need of Chiropractic or PT care!
