Thomas Parkhill, DPT, OCS, CSCS, FMS received his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Montana in Missoula in 2003. He then finished his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at U of M in 2006. Since then Thomas has worked throughout the Western U.S. Positions in CA, CO, WA, ID and MT allowed him to gain significant clinical expertise. For example, Thomas has helped Special Forces soldiers recover from neck and back pain, Junior Olympians recover from ACL tears, retired grandmothers recover from total joint replacements, and All-State athletes get back in the game. Thomas was the director of a PT clinic in Hamilton for nearly the last four years. His outstanding service to the local community was recently recognized when he was voted the Best PT in The Bitterroot Valley.The story of Precision Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab begins right here in Montana. After graduating from Columbia Falls High School, Thomas attended college in Missoula. In the midst of finishing general education classes he stumbled upon an anatomy and physiology class. He was absolutely enamored with the structure and function of the human body. While attending college, in an unfortunate turn of events, his mother experienced a stroke that placed her in the hospital. This was accompanied by intense rehabilitation. A front row seat witnessing the ability of the brain and body to recover is where Thomas's passion for physical therapy was born. Since then, making this kind of impact in people's lives has been his goal.
