I am Jeancarlo (Jc) Alencastro, founder and owner of Physically Empowered: Therapy & Wellness. For 10 years, in the USA and UK, I've treated young athletes to older adults. I've helped them get back to doing the things they love and living the life they want. My goal is to have you take control of your therapy & wellness experience, so that you can confidently self-manage in the future.
