Acerca de

I originally graduated with a liberal arts degree from UC Berkeley, thinking I was going to work with NGOs or non-profits. Through my own experiences with injury and realizing an affinity for working with patients, I became interested in rehabilitation. I later graduated from the UCSF/SFSU Joint Graduate Program in Physical Therapy with MS and DPT degrees. I am also Board Certified in the Orthopedic Section (OCS). While I use a broad variety of skills, I am most influenced by the Institute of Physical Art and utilize functional manual therapy for optimal efficiency. I am also enthusiastic to incorporate concepts from Herman Wallace in pelvic health and contribute to advocacy for postpartum, incontinence, and transgender care. When not working, I enjoy family time with my husband and 2 year old son.
