In my 21+ years of clinical practice, I always dreamed of opening a specialized Physical Therapy office to support my values as a person, a bicyclist, and in enhancing the health and wellness of my community. To schedule an appointment or free consult, call us today!In 2007 I made a major decision to leave a corporate PT job because of my daily car-commute wherein I'd sit idle in traffic over 1hr everyday. I decided then I'd ditch the car, and ride a bike instead. Over the course of years I experienced numerous cycling injuries unknowingly related to bike fit, as most people I spoke to would shrug it off, saying "pain is just part of riding a bike.". .. I found this assumption odd, especially as a Physical Therapist, and soon found out that 85% of cyclists experience pain on the bike, and that many look for advice from bike shops, old cycling pals/lore, and by purchasing fancy equipment that usually didn't do much. I opened Pedal PT in 2012, and since then we have helped thousands of bicyclists experience pain-free cycling.
