Palmer Chiropractic Clinics

Had been seeing Dr. Oppelt’s crew for a little over the last year. I had a head injury that brought me in for more of a consistent care; it’s difficult sometimes between my availability between work/momming and a chiros opens spots. I’ve had 4 interns, all of which have been lovely and helpful. Same goes for the front desk ladies. Unfortunately, my son had an accident recently at school that led him to the ER. I called them to see if they could check his arm out because he was in some pain, & nothing was broken. I don’t suppose the secretary was supposed to tell me what doctor said.. but he said “I don’t know what we could do that the ER didn’t already do.” That was enough for me to find different care, because, sir… you could’ve done your chiropractic care for my son, they did nothing of the sorts at the ER.

I had to use the restroom as an emergency and the front lady at the desk denied me. It's just a restroom, blonde lady. Don't come here because these people do not care about how they treat you. If they couldn't let a person use the restroom for an EMERGENCY, then that says everything about this place...

Receptionist got caught talking shit about my mother not realizing she was still on the line. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Will never come here nor will I recommend anyone to come here. My mother will no longer receive treatment for the arthritis in her back because of this situation. Absolutely deplorable.

I’ve had torticollis a few times and they’re the only place that is able to make me feel better. They had a full schedule and still fit me in because they knew I was in extreme pain. Everyone who works there has a great personality, is very well-educated, and genuinely cares about their patients. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I have received excellent care from all the doctors and students at Palmer. I have a strange adjustment that needs to be done to keep me migraine free. It is amazing the kindness of both the staff of Palmer and the Students that I have had. I'm always treated with the utmost respect. The care is exceptional. I would highly recommend Palmer for your chiropractic care.
