Just had an incredible massage by Shelyn. I have had a stuck muscle from a rib injury 38 years ago that has been chronic. The cramping was unbearable and Shelyn Worked the muscle from every angle iced and stretched it. Not to mention the full body massage and stretch was amazing. I feel really good and on the road to recovery thank you Shelyn Kirk Harrison

I had a bad experience with Kimberly (the owner). I had texted her to book an appointment and she accomidated it, but once I arrived she told me her friend had an emergency and she needs to reschedule my appointment and she offered a free massage for the inconvenience. I booked the appointment again with her right then before I left her place for the very next day (she claimed she did not have my number the first time otherwise she would let me know she is canceling so I do not drive there). I did understand sometimes emergency happens. Now at the same moment after I left I texted her the confirmation of the appointment that we just booked for the next day (she did not reply to my text). The next day I texted her an hour before my appointment to confirm my appointment before I drive there ( No message again from her). I still go to my appointment and the door is closed I thought she might be with a client so I sat on the patio outside and waited 30 minutes, meanwhile I texted her and called her and NO answer or reply back. Now imagine that is two days in a row coming in for an appointment and still not getting a massage. What is her excuse this time for not texting her client if there is any emergency (she has my number)?? Then after an hour or more she reply to my message and without even saying sorry for her not showing up or whatever the reason might be. She was not considerate of my time driving there and waiting as well. If I did not show up to my appointment she would send me a bill what about me and my time? She was rude in her text to me and not considerate of my time and not even sorry. I won't recommend this place whatsoever. Do not waste your time and book any appointment with Kimberly! Total liar for her response. She is unprofessional person....karma to you for treating clients like that. You have my phone , it's just unprofessional practice.

The BEST massage I have ever had. I was in so much pain when we arrived at our beach home for a week of much needed rest. Kim worked on me without hurting me, like so many have before. The pressure was perfect and I am pain free! We are now booking for December when we return for another week. So glad my husband and I found them!

The massage in the salt cave was amazing. As soon as the generator was turned on my sinuses started to clear and I could breathe. The 60 minute massage wasn’t long enough! She worked on improving the circulation in my legs and ankles to help my neuropathy and what a difference it made. She had great technique and knowledge for my unique medical conditions and checked in frequently about her pressure levels. I was amazed at the level of deep pressure she was able to apply and continue over the 60 minutes. Unfortunately it was raining so I could not enjoy the meditation garden and fountain after my treatment, but it is a beautiful and relaxing space I look forward to using my next visit. I highly recommend Palm Sport and Wellness. The facility is clean, peaceful and the staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
