I can’t recommend Jas enough. She is an amazing chiropractor who truly makes you feel comfortable and at ease every visit. Even after returning from maternity leave at a different location, I continue to go out of my way to see her because the care she provides is worth it.
I also receive acupuncture and massage at this location, and the entire team is professional, skilled, and welcoming. The clinic has a calm, supportive environment, and you never feel rushed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and overall well-being.

I look forward to my monthly chiropractic appointments with Dr. Jas as she creates an environment of comfort and healing. Dr. Jas takes the time to review my aches and comes up with a treatment plan to work towards my health goals. The clinic is full of great people and I recommend Kelli Young for massage therapy. The clinic atmosphere makes you feel like you are visiting old friends!

We absolutely love Dr Jas and can’t recommend her enough ! In the 10 yrs we’ve been seeing her the care has been exceptional, she is professional, knowledgeable and truly compassionate. She’s takes time to listen, explain everything , and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident in the treatment. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who genuinely cares and delivers real results, always ask for Dr Jas ! 😁👍👍👍

I’ve been seeing Jas for over a decade now; not only because her adjustments help my body every.single.time. but also because she is such a kind & patient person (with a kick ass sense of humour too lol). Seeing her for an appt doesn’t feel like a chore, instead it feels like a chance to breathe again; mentally, physically & even emotionally believe it or not.

Due to a diagnosis of polymyalgia and osteoarthritis, I’ve been dealing with a lot of pain. Not wanting to take any painkillers for it, my niece suggested I try acupuncture. I booked an appointment at Optimum Wellness Marlborough with Dr. Lindsay Fox and am so grateful to her for the treatments she’s given me! In just a few visits she was able to relieve me of severe hip pain and completely drug free! I continue to see here for “maintenance “ whenever I feel the need. Dr. Lindsay is kind and caring and has even helped me with meal and supplement suggestions.
All the staff at Optimum are friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful with any billing issues. Kudos to their management for leading such a wonderful team!
