From the beginning they make you feel welcome. Everyone is so nice and calls you by your name. Dr Matt is so knowledgeable, informative and thorough with each session. I came with severe neck pain and numbness and within 5 weeks he had me feeling so much better!

Dr. Matt has truly changed my life this year. I had an injury last year that really set me back in the gym and was interfering with my day-to-day tasks as well. I’d seen other chiropractors, been to PT, had been adding yoga to my routine etc and I still just felt so stiff, and like I was on my way toward another injury. I couldn’t lift but maybe half of what I was used to in the gym. I felt so defeated. A coworker recommended optimal health, so I decided to give it a try. I knew after my first apt with Dr. Matt that I was in the right hands. He was extremely knowledgeable, and I felt such an immediate difference after the first adjustment. I stuck to the chiropractic plan he recommended, and now I see him for maintenance bi-weekly to keep me moving better in the gym. Best decision I could have made, and I can’t thank him enough. Optimal Health & Dr. Adam has helped me tremendously, when I started going to them about 10 months ago they started a plan to get me standing correctly again. I was literally unable to stand or sit stright and after attending the adjustments and working there plan out I am now about 95% better then when I started. I appreciate everything the entire staff has done for me I can't thank then enough.. would 100% recommend them for small adjustments all the way up to more serious issues like I was facing.

The team at OHC helped me to regain the mobility and flexibility that had been causing me discomfort for so long. They put together a solid recovery plan that provided excellent results. I can not begin to tell you how much better I feel and how pleased I am with their services.

Dr Zach has been my chiropractor for a few months now. He’s very nice and personable. He has definitely helped me increase my mobility and help get me on track with my lower back issues. Dr. Matt has filled in for him a couple times., Although more stern in my opinion, he doesn’t disappoint! Highly recommend them both! To all the ladies working there, Front counter and back, you are all great! I love to see your smiling faces when I walk in. They are all always friendly and eager to help. I have never seen Dr. Adam personally, but he is always friendly. The whole atmosphere is wonderful.
