Dave is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with expertise in orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation, post-operative therapy, sports injury prevention, rotational power development, and athlete counseling. He enjoys working with athletes of all ages to return them to the activities they love. Athletes who work with Dave have experienced earlier return to sports participation and decreased injury risk upon return. Through his unique approach to athlete development, Dave has helped hundreds of young athletes achieve their goals on and off the field. This was the pioneering vision for our clients that led to the business formation. One Nine moved in to the Fitness Studio in Solana Beach in May 2015.
