At Oakbay Chiropractic, Doctors Sidharth Verma, DC and Mylo Magtoto, DC strive to provide gentle and effective treatment without drugs or surgery. Dr. Sidharth Verma, DC graduated from Life Chiropractic College West. He grew up in Massachusetts but has lived in California since 1998. He currently resides in Oakland with his wife and two sons. Dr. Verma has been serving the community for many years and takes pleasure in helping others achieve their health-related goals. Dr. Verma is experienced in a variety of chiropractic manipulative therapies and is a certified Active Release Technique (ART) practitioner. Dr. Mylo Magtoto, DC is a graduate of Rutgers University and Life Chiropractic College West. He was born in the Philippines but has lived in New York and New Jersey, as well as Japan. Despite his love for travel, Dr. Mylo happily calls the Bay Area as his home. He is happy to have found a profession that he loves, giving him the opportunity to help others through his workOakbay Chiropractic was founded by Dr. Jan Corwin D.C., he was the first chiropractor to work and travel with the United States Olympic Team (1988). He pioneered the use of advanced chiropractic therapies in the treatment of sports injuries. Currently the office is owned and operated by Dr. Magtoto D.C. and Dr. Verma D.C.. Both chiropractors in Oakland are certified in Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) and perform spinal and extremity adjustments. The office continues to provide excellent and innovative health care to the community and also employs massage therapists on site to further facilitate healing.
