2nd time I have Visited Dr Shoshany. I get unaligned from the work I do and the sports I enjoy, I am so grateful to have found him. On this visit my ankle was popped out of place from ju jitsu, my hip was out from shoveling snow all weekend, and my neck from carrying weight on my shoulders. I feel like a new man and instantly relieved of all the pressure. Highly recommended

Over the holidays, my cousin told me about his life-changing experience with spinal decompression, so I started researching chiropractors in NYC who offer it. I have cervical degeneration and had been dealing with severe neck stiffness, especially at night and in the mornings. I found Dr. Shoshany and chose the 'ring dinger' treatment. I’ll admit - if I had watched the Instagram videos first, I might have been too scared to try it because it looks so intense online. But in person, Dr. Shoshany made me feel completely comfortable and safe. The adjustment is quick, controlled, and over in a second. After just one adjustment, I felt the same relief that previously took me three months of PT to get - more range of motion, less pain, no waking up in the middle of the night, and I could work out again - it really feels like there's more space btwn my vertebrae. Total spine whisperer - highly recommend.

Went to see the NYC ring dinger ie Dr. Shoshany after seeing various videos in hopes of getting out of pain from a car accident a year before. I had gone through various invasive treatments and a bit skeptical in moving forward with this however, my gut led me to make the appointment to determine next steps . From setting the appointment and describing my logistics of coming in from the DC area to going over respective liability documents, questions, recovery, potential side effects. Everything was smooth. Not only was the doctors assistant full of knowledge and sending me information for me to review prior to making the appointment as well as going over costs and other chiropractic needs, which may be used for treatment. Meeting the doctor and going over my medical and treatment history, as well as bringing various medical imaging for him to review and not feel judged were greatly beneficial. I asked him about his level of not only education which are sitting in his office properly hung up, but machines and treatment and he gently shared that he was a recipient of chiropractic treatment years ago and that was a huge game changer for him thus he pursued it as a profession. That made me understand that he knows what it’s like to be in a painful situation and look at different modalities for treatment and see what is best to help tailor each individuals level of care. I am beyond grateful to have met him and while I had to continue with other measures, it was not wasted because I learned how to walk better, be more gentle with my body, move in different ways that were more helpful than hurtful. I was swimming again within a few days and while my triathlete body and swim speed were distant realities I felt such a relief. I was finally able to address posture, which had been done in a very negative way before. The results were instantaneous, and a few days later I was in the pool again and able to lift my entire body up and out which I had not been able to do in over a year. I followed his treatment plan and spoke to my other medical professionals who suggested to keep at it, knowing my limits and my body is within a recovery state. The videos do not do it enough justice of the amount of relief taken out from pressure without any drugs or anesthesia to numb the pain out and not get to the root cause of it.The ringdinger and his team are definitely something to not hesitate in doing if possible and enjoying the city that never sleeps. I am beyond grateful to have come across this path in my recovery. Thank you so much and I wish everyone specifically those in pain a better 2026. What can I say about Dr. Shoshany? Nothing but amazing things. Both my husband and I went in for adjustments. The amount of pain that has subsided from both of us is incredible. We both wake up without feeling that horrid stiffness in our bodies. He is definitely a miracle worker and we HIGHLY recommend anyone to see him. Well worth the time and money. If you need an adjustment and want to have the pain subside and feel better, please go see him. Amazing bedside manner as well. Thank you Dr. Shoshany!
