The idea for MOVEMENT came about during the COVID pandemic. Dr. Andrea realized how people were forced to become sedentary once offices, schools, and everyday life shut down. Multiple friends and family were suddenly calling her with neck and back pain, as a result of not moving their bodies. She also knew many postpartum moms who didn’t know where to turn to when they started experiencing pelvic pain, leaking, or symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse. She wanted to create a physical therapy clinic that promoted MOVEMENT as the KEY to a healthy lifestyle. Andrea’s goal to create a MOVEMENT of self care for all people, that you are worthy to heal your body, so you can get back to the activities you love!
