I've been using chirporactic care my entire life. I have never felt better since coming to Mountain Valley Chiropractic. This is not your quick adjustment type of clinic that pushes people through. Doctor Heinecke listens to your needs and treats you with care. Highly recommend.

Dr. Joe is amazing. I had been dealing with migraines on a daily basis. After seeing him I am maybe having 1-2 migraines every 3 months or less. He has helped in many different ways and his wife is amazing as well. Highly recommend seeing him.

Dr. Joe and Kelly rock! I tried another top-rated chiro in town and was displeased - felt like a number there and like I was "talked at" more than listened to. Dr. Joe seriously knows the human body and is passionate about healing his patients. Kelly is very pleasant and helpful. Nice walking in and them knowing your name. I was pleasantly surprised to hear Dr. Joe easily great someone in what I guess was German. They make an effort to understand you and your needs.

Great place to come back to focusing on your health and well-being! I'd been out of touch with chiropractic care for years and Dr Joe has helped me tremendously in reducing pain, inflammation and increased mobility and I've only just begun this journey to living my best life. Thank you so much for all you've done and will continue to do on future visits.
I can't say enough about their dedication and care of patients seeking relief. All the added extras in their office from supplements to outsourced massage therapy is just a huge bonus to all of us.

I have heard horror stories. A friend of mine had to get back surgery because of one, so I was trepidatious. I was assured that Dr. Heinecke does no manual manipulations so I tried him out 5 years ago, and I've been going every 4 weeks ever since (roughly) and that is because he is gentle, and kind. My multi-concerted effort of self care is my assurance so as to not go to a medical physician.
